Fakemon - Ice dragons

Competition entry for [link] contest, create a Psuedo legendary inspired by a made up move..or something like that!!
I like dragons and ice.....Put 2 and 2 together!! I wont win but hey! Its my first competition!!

Move: Frost Charge
The user freezes themselves in rock hard ice then charge at the foe with all their strength. May raise the users defense.

DRACOST (Dragon-frost)
A popular pokemon in snow bound towns for its ability to predict harsh weather. It is very friendly and likes to play in snow, snowboarders and skiers especially like this pokemon. Moutineers travelling to high altitudes are encouraged to keep windchimes on their person when they travel into mountains, as if they get lost, wild DRACOST are attracted to the sounds and will lead them to a safe place. It can alter the temperature on its black stomach patch, using the warmth to protect themselves from blizzards. They also share this warmth with their trainers by hugging them if they get too cold.

CHRYSALICE (Chrysalis-ice)
They are almost impossible to find in the wild, as they bury themselves deep within glaciers to await evolution, if they are threatened they can make the ice thicken. They are protected from the enormous pressure by thick ice armour, that cannot be melted with fire. Despite the fact they are almost blind they can communicate with eachother. Using long melodic calls. Despite their weak appearance they are a very good pokemon to have in battles, and are surprisingly loyal. The black orb on its head is said to have medicinal qualities.
Evolves at lvl 60

AVALAGON (Avalanch-dragon )
A formidable mountain predator. When they finally evolve from CHRYSALICE they smash their way through their glacial cocoon, usually causing a terrible avalanch. Their territorial roars can be heard from miles away. It is said that if in the first week of winter an Avalagon dies, the following season will be heavy with blizzards and harsh frost. The black orb on its head is quite warm, it is thought that use it to melt ice that builds up around their lairs. Their is a folk tale that a group of mountaineers went missing in a huge mountain range, teams were sent up even though they were likely to be dead. The team was found in an AVALAGON lair, with its occupant keeping them alive. For this it is revered as a saviour in mountain towns. The orb itself emits a health promoting warmth, wich means that trainers of it are quite healthy. Its black armour is highly sought after by collectors for its cold reppeling nature.
Special ability - Dragonslayer - dragon type moves do not affect Avalagon
